Made For The Dancefloor, the first Glitterbox/Defected vinyl compilation in nearly four years, channels the label’s trademark queer, inclusive, and high-energy club spirit. Drawing from Glitterbox’s deep connection to LGBTQ+ nightlife and its Ibiza roots, the album celebrates the joy, liberation, and community found on the dancefloor. With reimagined disco-house anthems and soulful, euphoric grooves from artists like Kiddy Smile, The Shapeshifters, and Dave Lee, the collection captures the essence of Glitterbox’s gay-influenced ethos – glamorous, unapologetic, and rooted in the legacy of disco as a space of freedom and self-expression.
