The Year of the Radical Romantics is a live album capturing the electrifying performances from Fever Ray’s globe-spanning There’s No Place I’d Rather Be Tour, featuring reimagined tracks from 2023’s Radical Romantics, 2017’s Plunge, and early classics. Joined by a powerhouse touring band—including Minna Koivisto, Romarna Campbell, Maryam Nikandish, and Helena Gutarra—Fever Ray brings their surreal world to life with characters like the white-suited Casanova, Romance, Main, Snusis, and Demona Lisa. The album is paired with two Martin Falck-directed videos, portraying these misfits in therapy sessions led by self-help guru Ebba, soundtracked by explosive new versions of “I’m Not Done” and “Now’s the Only Time I Know.”
