Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy for vinyl purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your record(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unwrapped or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at hello@queerrecords.co. Please note that items will need to be returned at the customer's expense. Please do not post items until your return has been accepted by us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We aim to be as transparent and accurate as possible by grading all our pre-loved items and listing this on each product page. If you have any questions or require further photos of the vinyl before purchase, please contact us.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
