Shipping & delivery information

We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand using Australia Post. Tracking is included on all items.

We do our best to keep our online store inventory in-line with the stock we have on hand. In the unlikely event an order cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be offered for the online purchase, if the stock cannot be sourced quickly.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders within Australia:

• $10.95 for Standard postage (2 to 6 business days)
• $15.95 for Express postage (1 to 4 business days)
• Free Standard postage for orders over $150

Orders to New Zealand:

• $21.95 for Standard postage (6 to 12 business days)

 
We also offer free local delivery to the following Victorian suburbs: Northcote (3070), Thornbury (3071), Preston (3072) and Reservoir (3073)

Large/heavy parcels may incur an additional shipping fee. We'll contact you to confirm delivery costs and any additional payment required.

Postage options will be offered to you at checkout. We will contact you if an additional shipping payment is required for your order.

When will I receive my order?

Your items will be shipped within 3 business days of us receiving your order, unless we are exceptionally busy. All parcels are sent via Australia Post and will usually take between 5-6 days after shipping to reach you. The delivery times will vary depending on your location. If you require a parcel urgently, please let us know and we will endeavour to send it out within 24 hours. 

 

Vinyl pre-orders

Here's some things you should know about pre-orders:

• Release dates are subject to change. If an item's coming from overseas, it may arrive after its release date. We’ll keep our website updated and contact you if your order is affected.
• As we’re a small business, we sometimes receive fewer quantities than we request from our suppliers. If this happens, orders will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. If we can’t fulfil your order for any reason, you'll receive a full refund.
• If you purchase a pre-order with an in-stock item, we’ll ship everything together when the pre-order arrives.
