The Last Dinner Party return with From The Pyre, the highly anticipated follow-up to their UK #1 debut Prelude to Ecstasy, recorded in late 2024 with Grammy-winning producer Markus Dravs (Wolf Alice, Florence & The Machine, Björk).

Rather than succumbing to the pressures of a breakout success, the London five-piece channel their camaraderie and months of touring into a more raw, expansive, and imaginative sound. The album unfolds as a mythological song cycle – "The Pyre" being an allegorical space of chaos, rebirth, and emotion – where personal experiences are dramatized into vivid, character-driven tales invoking rifles, saints, cowboys, and blazing infernos. Darker, more grounded, and laced with a wry self-awareness, From The Pyre cements the band's meteoric rise.
