Featuring the international hit ’Venus’ (Top 10 in 20 countries, #1 in 6 countries including the US Billboard Top 100) alongside fan favourites including ‘More Than Physical’, ‘Do Not Disturb’ and ‘A Trick of the Night,’ the album remains one of the defining releases of the 80s.

True Confessions saw Bananarama’s transformation from DIY ingenues to MTV superstars. It would begin their imperial phase of peerless hit singles and introduction into the Guinness Book of Records for the highest number of chart entries for an all-female group.
