So Help Me God marks the long-anticipated second album from Kelsey Lu, released via Dirty Hit. Shifting between darkness and release, the 10-track project arrives as a powerful follow-up to her acclaimed 2019 debut Blood.

Co-produced by Lu alongside Jack Antonoff and Yves Rothman, and mixed by Oli Jacobs, the album also features contributions from Sampha, Kamasi Washington, and Kim Gordon.

Across its runtime, Lu weaves together distorted guitars, choral surges, and shadowy electronic textures, creating a soundscape that balances devotional intensity with sweeping, cinematic scope. Expanding her distinct artistic universe, So Help Me God sees Lu continue to merge music, visual art, and performance into a singular, multidisciplinary vision—cementing her place as one of contemporary music’s most unique and compelling voices.
